THE QUESTION

Santander 123 is great I then qualified for cheaper contents insurance. I used to regularly switch gas and electric suppliers until I moved and I got threatening letters from British Gas even though I was paying Southern Electric for gas. Turns out neither were supplying me and this went on for 18 months. Meanwhile,from telephone service to banks I now have on 17 complaints- you name it ! I now have a ' complaints file'of no less than 17 letters. All basic mistakes from companies and its' been a nightmare. Im still sorting it out and I have never encountered anything like it. If you can help then please get in touch. I am in fact thinking of doing a blog on my experiences.
