Not sure how to use this, but Jasmine asked me to tell you all about my idea! 
I gave up smoking last year, finally after trying so hard for so many years ! anyway now with the cost of fuel going up and up, i brought myself a bike (from the boot sale for £25.00) and now i have decided that if its less than 3 miles away i go by bike, and so far i have made my petrol last approximately 4-5 days longer than i would have done if i were doing sooo many short journeys, and i have lost 7 pounds in weight as well.
So why don't you set yourself a target like i have if its less than 3 miles use your bike instead, its brilliant fun, lightens up a bought of PMT and mild depression and it gets you a little fitter.
