I read in a book once about keeping a fund for when things get tough and you need to get out of a situation quickly. So when i left a particularly toxic relationship once i had this fund that i had built up over years to put me up for a while when i figured out something new. It was the best thing i could have done and i would recommend everyone to start one, despite how serious it seems
