This is one of our favourite birthday freebies. Sign up to Frankie & Benny’s to receive loads of great offers. In particular, you can get a free main meal on your birthday. Main meals from the Italian family favourite tend to cost around £9 to £16, so you could save a nice chunk of cash to put towards something else.
You will be emailed your voucher just before your birthday, and you can either pr-int out a copy or show the restaurant the voucher on your smartphone when you arrive. The only catch is that at least one other mail meal must be purchased at the same time. So, grab a friend, your partner or a family member and get to Frankie & Benny’s!
Whether you fancy a sizzling pepperoni pizza, vegan mac ‘n’ cheese or a crispy halloumi salad, there’s bound to be something delicious you’ll want to tuck into on your birthday.

If you are partial to a glass of fizz, family favourite Pizza Express offers a free bottle of prosecco on your birthday! There’s nothing like toasting to the special day and this offer can be redeemed 14 days either side of the big day. Alcohol is often the most expensive part of eating out, so you’ll be making a nice saving. Plus, who doesn’t love a free bottle of bubbly!
As with most freebies, there’s a catch. The offer can be redeemed with the purchase of two main meals and can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers. Remember to bring proof of your date of birth, too!
