INTENDED USE OF THIS SITE

THE BIG GROW CAMPAIGN
We are working together with GIY Ireland Ltd., a company limited by guarantee registered in Ireland under registration number 477525, with registered office at Williamstown Centre, Ardkeen Village, Waterford, X91 YA2H, Ireland (GIY), on this Big Grow project to encourage kids to grow their own veg to help them better understand where their food comes from (“Big Grow Campaign”).
Accordingly, GIY will be involved in preparing and processing the seed packs (including the home kits) and delivering them to you. In addition, GIY will be holding events with you for promoting the Big Grow Campaign.
We do not accept responsibility for GIY’s actions or omissions.
HOW DOES IT ALL WORK? DETAILS ON THE BIG GROW – SEEDS COMPETITION
How to participate – You may enter the competition by visiting www.innocentbiggrow.com/win and registering on our site by completing your contact details. If you are under 16 years of age, your parent/guardian would need to enter their own details on the registration form. It is your or your parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that you provide us with the correct contact details when registering.
Who cannot participate – Employees of Innocent and their immediate family members, its agents or suppliers or anyone professionally connected to the promotion are not entitled to enter into the competition and must not register.
All for free – You will not need to pay anything to participate or collect your prize (if applicable).
Participation dates – The competition is open between 10th February 2018 and 31st August 2018 (inclusive) at midnight (UK time). No entries will be allowed after the end date.
The draws – Winners are selected at random in a monthly draw.
Our prizes – There are 50,000 seed packs in total to be given away (when it’s gone, it’s gone promotion). All winners will be notified within 21 days of the closing date. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the prize. We reserve
the right to re-award the prize in accordance with these terms. You may not transfer the prize and no cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part.
A winners list (demonstrating their name and country) will be available by writing to Innocent within 3 months of the closing date.

We reserve the right to verify all entries, including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which you must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse participation in the competition and disqualify you where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the competition or won using fraudulent means. We will make the final decisions regarding the Big Grow Campaign at our sole discretion and these shall be final and binding and we will not be engaging into further discussion in relation to
