WIN a £500k London Flat AND a Land Rover!

Reading Time: 3 mins

There is an INSANE raffle going on right now – it’s closing soon though, so you’ve got to act fast if you want in on the action. Raffle House are, quite literally, raffling off a house.

Here’s what you need to know.

The Raffle House Prize

A two-bed flat is located in East London. It’s a guaranteed prize, too: that means even if the minimum 60,000 tickets aren’t sold, the winner will get the property.
The ground floor flat is valued at £500,000 and is light, airy, and fully redecorated to a high standard. Here’s a sneak peek of the interior:

If you like where you live already, it’s worth knowing that this flat has a valued rental income of £2,100 a month.

The prize includes all legal and Stamp Duty fees, too. So, it really is a totally free house.

The Extra Prize

If a half-a-million-pound flat isn’t enough to tempt you, if the minimum ticket threshold of 60,000 tickets is reached, the winner ALSO gets a brand new Land Rover Discovery Sport, worth £30,000.

Don’t drive?

The winner can claim the cash value instead of the car! That could be cold, hard cash in your pocket to spend on anything you like. And remember, winnings are tax-free in the UK, too!

How to Enter

Tickets cost £10 each, with discounts for multiples. For example, if you buy three tickets for £30, you’ll get 7 entries. Visit Raffle House to buy your tickets before 31st July 2020 to enter.

You must be over 18 to enter, and must pay with a debit or credit card (not PayPal). You can buy up to 500 entries maximum. You can also choose to donate 25p from each ticket to one of the charities listed when you buy them. You don’t have to, but it doesn’t affect your entry if you do – so it’s worth ticking the box!

When you’ve decided how many tickets you want, you’ll then have 30 seconds to answer a quiz question to enter the raffle.

There is a maximum limit of 60,000 tickets – which means you have a one in 60,000 chance to win. That’s a WAY better chance than the Euromillions!

Free NHS Worker Entries

To reflect the hard work of the NHS staff throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Raffle House is giving away free entries.

Visit the information page here to find out how to claim your free raffle ticket to win the property.

Raffle House’s History

It really is a legitimate competition, even if it sounds too good to be true!

Raffle House is overseen by the Gambling Commission and licenced by Sterling Lotteries, so they have to stick to very strict rules. In their inaugural raffle, a £173,000 prize went to the winner. They also run extra competitions, such as winning £1,000 each week, for those already entered in the main raffle (at no extra cost to you).

Raffle House also contributes to charities as part of its commitment to social responsibility. In the inaugural competition, it donated £14,000 to homelessness charities – and expects to do the same for this one.
