Wouldn’t it be great to have a bit of a break?
Let’s be honest, we all work so hard, we all need a break…quite regularly!
So where do you go? How do you do it so that it doesn’t break the bank…or add yet more burden to your credit card?
They have hundreds of hotels across the country from Edinburgh to Eastbourne, all offering good savings and a standard of service you can rely on. Whether it’s a family holiday, a couples’ retreat or a business trip, the low prices and higher standards mean you can relax, knowing the price will fit the bill.
New upgrades to Travelodge hotels
Travelodge have upgraded a few aspects of their service recently. Their newly upgraded rooms all include ensuite shower rooms, a spacious desk, a TV with access to up to 17 channels and Wifi. You also get complimentary body and hair wash and coffee and tea making facilities.
Fabulous king-size beds
Also, every room now has a luxurious king-size bed for you to relax in. They’re called Travelodge Dreamer beds and have been designed exclusively for Travelodge by Royal Warrant-holders Sleepeezee. The beds are designed for maximum comfort and each one features over 950 individual pocket springs to follow the natural contour of your body and give you a perfect night’s sleep.
Each room also has a 10.5 tog duvet plus four plump pillows, so you have every support in your quest for a good night’s sleep.
A great British breakfast
Another part of the new upgrade is an improved and unlimited breakfast for £7.95 per person.
These are available in hotels that have a restaurant (not all of them do) and you can choose as much as you like from the cooked selection, including prime back bacon, Cumberland pork sausages, free range scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns, Linda McCartney vegetarian sausages, fresh mushrooms, tomatoes and Heinz baked beans plus (on the cold side) fruit salad, Yeo Valley organic yoghurts, all butter croissants and more.
You also get unlimited Lavazza coffee, Typhoo tea or Ridgeways fruit and herbal infusions.
Oh and your kids can eat all they like for free if you buy a breakfast for yourself.
Kids stay free
…and on the subject of kids and ‘free’…Travelodge offer free spaces for up to two children under 16 sharing a family room with you . They don’t charge any extra for their family rooms which can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children, plus a cot (which you can get from them for free). The rooms either have two pull-out beds or a sofa bed.
Even London is affordable
You might like a break in the big city – perhaps a weekend for two? Even that is affordable with Travelodge…thankfully.
Travelodge rooms in London start at £49 a night (most other hotels have very little under £100 a night) and many of them are in central, cool locations.
Outside of London the prices start at an even more impressive £29 per night. And remember, that could be for the whole family.
Good for business
These prices and offers are not only good for families and couples, they’re great for businesses. In fact, Travelodge is a favourite of TV production companies for housing their crews and on-air talent when they’re out filming because the rates are soooo good!
Try one out for your next business trip or conference accommodation – keep the profit margin high!
