Hey did you have a good Jubilee weekend? I was at a Street Party (see me here with a ‘guardsman’ at the front of a local restaurant!) and did a bit of a Spring Clean around the flat.
Whether you’re keen on the monarchy or not, it was great to have the extra time off, so I'm grateful to them for that at least! I really think that we need more Bank Holidays each year - and that’s coming from a business owner who has to pay staff when they're off on those days!
I just feel that we do better work when we've been able to recharge a bit. Personally I think we could do with a day off in November - maybe to celebrate Armistice Day - because there are no Bank Holidays between the end of August and Christmas…it’s daft!
