Hello ,
Thank goodness for the sunshine! Lots of lovely vitamin D, the chance (finally) to get a tan without getting on a plane.
i've just done an Instagram Live with my friend Caroline Labouchere who lives in Dubai and she said it was 50 degrees there...and counting. She looked fresh as a daisy as ever, as did a Sudanese friend living here who said that 40 degrees is the norm in her country.
So ignore the doom-mongerers and those who want us to live in a permanent state of fear. The constant panic-generation from government and media is getting almost funny now, it's so extreme. You and I are too sensible to be taken in by it. We're going to enjoy life...oh yes we will! But of course be safe.
