Hello , It's that week where it's still pretty much holiday time but you know it's only a few days before work starts again properly. These are precious days. I hope you
manage to get out into the sunshine as much as possible while it's still here! Speaking of sunshine, we've come up with a fab crop of money-makers and money-savers this week. |
| |
Then with the savers...we've found out about 'social supermarkets' which is where you can buy fresh food for a quarter of the usual price. We show you how they work and how you can find the one nearest to you. Also we've got some amazing exclusive deals on all sorts of products here. And we have some really interesting, and important,
money information that could make a big difference to your current and future wealth. For a start we show you how you can beat the banks at their own game and protect your money from their grasping clutches. We also have a rather clever way that you can invest in art, even if you don't have squillions to invest in an old master. And I'm running a fab webinar on 3rd October which you're invited to...for free! Come and join me and my guests Tim Price (wealth manager), Nickolai Hubble (investment writer), Justin Urquhart-Stewart (investment manager) and Sam North from eToro as we go through the ways that you can invest well in a recession. It's not an easy task but there are some really good ways that you can do it! Take a look at that lot and you will be ahead of the game for Autumn. Well done! Love

How to invest in art and own the unownable
|
Mintus is a company that gives investors the opportunity to buy shares in individual artworks. Aside from requiring a lower capital outlay, buying a fractional share of art through a specialist company also means that you don’t have to worry about any of the practical challenges involved - such as storage, valuation, and selling costs. Once artworks hit their ‘optimal value’ after 2-7 years, Mintus then sells the artwork on your behalf. Mintus charges an annual management fee (only for the first four years) and retains some of the investment to cover costs, then after the artwork is sold, charges a 1% fee (based on the value of the artwork) and a 20% ‘performance fee’ of any profits generated by
the fund. Mintus is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Are you worried about your savings constantly devaluing due to rampant inflation? Then let us introduce you to Tally. Tally is a digital currency tied to physical gold. Because tally is linked to a physical asset, it cannot be devalued by increasing supply (unlike pounds, euros,
dollars, etc.). This makes it the only everyday currency that helps you fight inflation and protect the long-term value of your money.
