Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
MoneyMagpie is committed to conducting its business responsibly, ethically and with respect for human rights.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation in any part of our business or, as far as reasonably possible, within the businesses and suppliers we choose to work with.
Our commitment
We expect the organisations, contractors, freelancers, partners and suppliers we work with to share our commitment to fair and ethical working practices.
We will not knowingly work with an organisation or individual involved in modern slavery, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, child labour or other forms of serious exploitation.
Where appropriate, we consider the working practices and reputation of suppliers and partners before entering into or continuing a commercial relationship with them.
Raising concerns
We encourage anyone working with MoneyMagpie, or anyone who becomes aware of a potential issue connected with our business or supply chain, to raise their concerns.
Any credible concern relating to modern slavery, human trafficking or exploitation will be taken seriously and considered promptly. Where necessary, we will review our relationship with the organisation or individual concerned and take appropriate action.
Our editorial standards
As a publishing business, we also recognise the importance of responsible editorial practices. We aim to ensure that commercial partnerships and recommendations featured on MoneyMagpie are consistent with our wider commitment to ethical business practices.
We will not knowingly promote businesses, services or opportunities that we believe rely upon exploitative or unlawful labour practices.
Ongoing review
We recognise that tackling modern slavery requires continued awareness rather than a one-off commitment. We will periodically review this policy and our approach to suppliers, contractors and commercial partners to ensure that our standards remain appropriate.
This policy applies to MoneyMagpie and those working on its behalf.
