With a record number of people taking on second jobs and people frantically googling ‘quick ways to make cash’, we at MoneyMagpie have again decided to put our hand in our pocket and offer some help to readers.
Last year we offered you all a chance to get your hands on a no strings attached free £5 and over 300 of you entered.
Therefore we are again offering 20 readers £5. There are no strings attached at all. Simply comment on the article with what you would spend the fiver on, and then in two weeks, 20 people will be selected to win the money.

I would go to my local charity shop and buy the first thing that I see for £5 that makes me smile. I have then bought something fantastic with £5 that I won off Money Magpie. And some charity has gained £5 towards helping their cause.
Put it towards a utility bill it would be like a drop in the ocean
I would spend it on vegetable and flower seeds. So I could grow my own veg – and some flowers to cheer me up when I feel “down”
I would be putting it in my grandson’s pot to help build him up for paying for everything later on.
My local food bank have been amazing and have helped me through some very tough times. The staff are selfless, always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would like to donate £5.00 to them. Maybe tub of chocolates for Christmas?
