Compare the market

We all know that Comparethemarket is something of a constant in this market. If you buy any insurance policy on there you will be eligible for 2for1 tickets on all Meercat Movies (the name of the promo – not a dependance on films featuring the little Mongoose pals). The cheapest deal way to do this is £1 for single trip travel insurance – this way it is almost worth getting, just for the film deals. So if you go several times a month, you’ll save a lot of spare popcorn money.

Filmhouse

There are plenty of deals at this fantastic Scottish cinema chain throughout June, including two for one deals, and they show a wide range of classics and modern favourites in a luxurious location, so you’l be spoiled for choice. See here.

Tastecard offer a huge range of discounts when you sign up. However, the best option is that If you sign up for a Tastecard you can get a free trial for a month and will be able too take advantage of the forty percent off your cinema tickets during the summer holiday. See deal here.

Vodaphone are offering a two for one deal on cinema too, so you can take a pal or a date to a movie for half price:

How to get the deal

• Download or sign into the free My Vodafone App.
• Select the ‘VeryMe’ button to access a list of available offers and choose the Vue deal.
• Visit the Vue link within the deal and you’ll be able to claim a promo code for two tickets for £7.
• You’ll be emailed two e-codes which you can exchange at the box office or online (but not over the phone).

The offer refreshes each week at 00.01am on Mondays, so if you’ve had a code before, that’s when you can pick up a new code to go again.
