Free theme park tickets. There’s a cool deal included on some packs of Kellogg’s cereal and snacks where you can get a free adult ticket to gain access to 29 UK Merlin theme parks and attractions. This requires you to buy a full-price ‘on-the-gate’ child or adult ticket which costs an estimated £60.
Cereal costs a few quid of course, so if you fancy getting the deal even cheaper, grab yourself a Nutrigrain or Squares bar, which are about 70p in supermarkets. So that’s an even better deal.
Then you can exchange the vouchers for a day at some brilliant attractions like Legoland, Alton Towers, Chessington, Madame Tussauds and loads more. Check out the Merlin website for the full list.
You’ve got until 30 June 2023 to get your free theme park tickets, and it actually works out as cheaper than a 2 for 1 if you’re taking a child, but either way it’s a great deal. There are terms and conditions, so always check the website of wherever you’re planning to go, to make sure the date you’re going is covered by this offer. You also MUST pre-book using this Merlin link. You will still be required to pay the ‘on-the-gate’ price for the paid-for ticket: there’s a 10-digit code printed inside cereal boxes, OR you can select the ‘snack pack’ option when you’re booking.
And one final note: keep the barcode from the original packaging you used to get the deal, because you won’t be granted entry without it!
We also look at free family days out this April here.
Great fun.
