- Competition entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom mainland aged 18 years or older. No purchase necessary.
- Prize Provider: SnowDome Ltd is the prize provider only. SnowDome Ltd is not the organiser, promoter, or administrator of this giveaway. All aspects of the giveaway, including entry requirements and winner selection, are managed solely by the third-party organiser.
- The Prize: The prize consists of four (4) tickets to Santa’s Winter Wonderland at SnowDome, Tamworth. Date of attendance is subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be amended, exchanged, or refunded.
- Liability: SnowDome Ltd accepts no responsibility for the administration of the giveaway, the selection of winners, or any other aspect of the competition, beyond providing the prize as described above.
- Conditions of Use: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to SnowDome’s standard terms of entry and conditions of use, which apply to all SnowDome visitors.
- General: The prize may only be redeemed by the named winner as supplied by the giveaway organiser.
- SnowDome Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.
- The competition is not open to employees (and their families) of the Promoter MoneyMagpie or partner SnowDome, their agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of the competition.
- The Promoter will not be responsible for lost or late competition entries.
- The winner will be chosen at random by an independent judge and will be notified via email or telephone. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering the competition you consent to being communicated to by the Promoter and the company offering the prize. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter full details of their postal address to which the prize will be delivered (if applicable) and contact number. You consent to your details being passed onto the company offering the prize so it can be sent out.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any material associated with the competition, as well as their entry.
