This competition is promoted by MoneyMagpie (“Promoter”).
Competition entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom mainland aged 18 years or older. No purchase necessary. No cash alternative will be available, and the prize is non-transferable.

Prize is redeemable at the hotel listed above.
Prizes must be booked and taken 6 months from competition ending.
Bookings are not valid over school holidays, Easter and bank holidays and may require a mid-week stay. Not available weekends from July to September & limited midweek availability July & Aug.
The prize consists of a one-night Spa break for 2 people (single supplements apply) including Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (£35 allowance to spend on dinner), 50 minutes of treatments per person. Please note that treatment times above include Consultation time.
All bookings are subject to The QHotels Collection Central Reservations’ promotional room availability. [NB this may differ from room availability for bookings made directly with the hotel].
All additional spend (such as bar bills and newspapers) must be paid in full prior to departure.
Travel to and from the hotel is not included.
Any tax liability arising from the prize is the winner’s responsibility.
The competition is not open to employees (and their families) of the Promoter MoneyMagpie or partner Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa and Golf Resort, their agents or related third parties who are directly connected with the administration of the competition.
The Promoter will not be responsible for lost or late competition entries.
Only one entry per person is permitted for the duration of the competition. Multiple entries by the same individual (including but not limited to use of multiple email addresses) will be considered void and will result in disqualification.
The winner will be chosen at random by an independent judge and will be notified via email or telephone. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the competition you consent to being communicated to by the Promoter and the company offering the prize. Following such notification, the winner will be required to send the Promoter full details of their postal address to which the prize will be delivered (if applicable) and contact number. You consent to your details being passed onto the company offering the prize so it can be sent out.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any material associated with the competition, as well as their entry.
If the Promoter cannot: (a) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within 5 working days or (b) the winner does not return details of its postal address to the Promoter within 10 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter will re-draw a new winner until a winner on these terms is found.
