The much-loved Italian restaurant brand Zizzi has announced the anticipated launch of the Zillionaires’ Club loyalty platform. Customers will be rewarded each time they visit a Zizzi restaurant, use click and collect and purchase Zizzi for delivery. The programme is a long-term commitment from Zizzi to its customers rewarding loyalty, frequency and recency.
The Zillionaires’ Club web app is proprietary technology, reaffirming Zizzi – and The Azzurri Group – as the leading digital innovator in the casual dining space – following the restaurant groups’ recent investments in Speedy Order and Pay. The Zillionaires’ Club and Speedy Order & Pay are already deeply integrated, with plans to invest in this integration to deliver even more personalised experiences for customers over the coming months.
The forward-thinking platform offers Zillionaires the chance to earn credits (Zs) each time they visit a Zizzi and spend over £10. Zs can be exchanged for ‘perkz’ from the menu including food and drink. With each visit, they have the chance to earn a greater number of Zs. With the first visit being 10 Zs, the second 20 Zs, the third 30 and the fourth 40. After their fourth visit, customers qualify for a surprise perk including free food and big prizes such as holidays.
The exciting launch of the Zillionaires’ Club comes after a successful trial in Zizzi’s Scottish restaurants where the scheme was very well received by customers and teams demonstrating both great value to the customer alongside an increase in frequency of customer visits.

To support the launch, Zizzi is working with double Bafta award-winning Big Zuu, host of Big Zuu Big Eats who has designed a unique and exclusive pizza, Big Zuu’s Zillionaire Rustica, live on the menu nationwide.
Big Zuu has starred in a content series for social media which will launch in November. In the series, Big Zuu is trained by Zizzi chefs to cook delicious Zizzi favourites and reveal the ingredients and recipes. The content series encourages the public to join in, get involved and share their creations using the #ZuuZillionaire hashtag.
With the Zizzi Zillionaires’ Club now live, customers can start earning Zs straight away in restaurant, via click and collect and delivery by scanning the QR code, which can be stored in their Apple or Google Wallets.
