Do you have an interest in beauty and fashion? Have you ever considered becoming a beauty influencer, or even a make-up stylist?

It’s likely, if you’re reading this article, that you have. It’s a dream job for a lot of people, after all.

If you’re looking to earn some extra cash to supplement your current salary, or want a career developing your own brand within the beauty space, check out ShowcaseBeauty.

ShowcaseBeauty has been described as “Space NK meets Avon”, and is great if you’re looking for flexible work that you can do from home in your spare time. It’s designed to introduce you to a community of like-minded beauty-obsessives. Whether styling or influencing is your goal, you’re likely to find a home here.

How does Showcasebeauty work?

There are two strands to ShowcaseBeauty: the Influencer Community, and the Stylist Community.

As part of the Influencer Community, you can make connections with top brands. You can then elevate their products through your beauty-focused content channels. If you’ve got a beauty-led Instagram or YouTube account and want to start to monetise it, this is the place for you.

As part of the Stylist Community you host parties and sell beauty products and make a commission on everything you sell. If you recruit new stylists you can earn a commission on what they earn too. A one-off fee of £99 will equip you with everything you need to take the plunge into becoming your own beauty boss.

ShowcaseBeauty was created in 2012 by Nancy Cr beauty, avon, work from home, cosmetics, business, entrepreneur, mumpreneur, mums make money, makeupuickshank (founder of handbag.com) and Kate Shapland (all-round beauty guru and founder of the British Beauty Council). It’s now a community of 300+ beauty professionals, with more than 100,000 customers.

Nancy explains that the company “sells independent beauty brands in the comfort of a social event, be it at your own house or a friend’s house.”
