I’ve just had a note about this in my inbox – Virgin Media are offering broadband at £15 per month for people on Universal Credit. Worth a look. They say:

“Virgin Media Essential Broadband” will launch in the Autumn and will have a fixed price of £15 per month and come with a speed of 15Mbps. The service will not have a fixed-term contract length and there will be no price changes while benefit payments are being received.

The service will provide sufficient connectivity to help these customers get online, to apply for jobs and to stay in touch with loved ones, and it is the latest step in measures Virgin Media has taken to help and support vulnerable customers. Available initially for existing Virgin Media customers, they will be able to take the new service by simply filling out an online form and providing proof of their Universal Credit status.”
