Has anyone tried the new NHS app that encourages you to do more fitness? It’s been downloaded over 400,000 times and apparently can help you get to an intermediate running level in just under 10 weeks!
We’d love to hear your stories and experience of using it, and whether we should be recommending it further to our readers 🙂

Never heard of it but I will download it now, thanks!
Sounds like a good idea. I really miss aqua aerobics that I attended most weekdays, BC (before Covid) to keep my old bones moving & a good place to be with others & sing along to the music as we exercised!
I ache today after my first Pilates class last evening for many years, it was high tide when I cycled home all sweaty, so had a lovely swim as the sunset into the clouds, to relax & cool off.
stay safe & keep fit :o)
I did Couch to 5K and I was amazed! I never did exercise, got out of breath going up the stairs and avoided anything physical. Within 9 weeks I was running for 30 mins and now run 5K twice a week!!! Absolutely recommend
