Today, Admiral Insurance said every one of their customers will receive a £25 refund to reflect that fewer cars are on the road right now. It’s a positive gesture from an industry that’s being hard-hit right now (just think of all the holiday/business/event insurance claims at the moment!).
Have you seen any other similar gestures like this? Tell us about them! From pausing Sky subscriptions to extended gym memberships, let’s share all the ways companies are helping consumers through this.
I’m with elephant and they’re doing £25 refund as well as i believe admiral own them, so possible other companies who might do the refund is Bell Direct and Diamond
That’s very handy. Have to say I’m impressed by their PR. What a clever move to give people money back, particularly as a lot of people have said that they should get all their car insurance back as they’re not allowed to use their cars. Giving everyone a £25 rebate is a smart move!
I’ve paused my Sky Sports Subscription. I also have a Merlin Annual Pass and the’ve confirmed that they’ll be extending them so we don’t miss out. Hopefully my Car Insurance will follow Admiral’s example.
