Annie – I was just on a zero hours contract, as far as I know though there were only a few staff on permanent contracts that have been furloughed. I saw you mention on one post that in some cases you can contact work and ask them to rehire you and then furlough you. Is that something I can do?

If you were on payroll by 19th March 2020, you can contact your employer to ask them to furlough you!
